| A: | Other the years we've been running number of sites supported by Advertisement and Affiliate income. We always wanted to know more about visitors which actually bring us money by clicking on the Ads. What countries are they from ? Are they interested in particular pages ? Are they coming from Search Engines using particular keywords ? Where do they leave for - what kind of advertisements are they clicking. Internal statistics available to publishers and can't answer most of these so we decided to implement ClickAider which answers these questions and much more. |

| A: | ClickAider can help you in numerous ways and honestly we're still discovering new ways to use it. ClickAider can help you to learn which people click on the Advertisers so you can get more of such visitors. ClickAider can help you to see which advertisements are being clicked in particular so you can block your competitors or find direct advertiser leads. You can also use it to answer or prevent Click Fraud claims by your advertiser by researching clicks information. |

| Q: | How does ClickAider works ? |
| A: | ClickAider installs special JavaScript code which analyzes your page HTML and locates known Advertisement systems on the page. Special hooks then installed to track clicks on these system which are different for different systems and can be far from trivial. When click happens it is sent to the server just as page is being unloaded. |

| A: | ClickAider supports extensive list of advertisement systems and constantly adding new one. Please reffer to for more information.

| Q: | Is ClickAider compatible with my Advertisement System TOS ? |
| A: | ClickAider is typically compatible with TOS rules unless they forbid click tracking in any form. ClickAider is designed to be non intrusive - no code is being modified and no clicks are being intercepted from their normal processing. As ClickAider does not pose any dangers to system functionality advertisers normally do not oppose it. |

| Q: | Why ClickAider code has to be just before closing body tag ? |
| A: | ClickAider needs to scan document DOM tree to find supported Advertisement Systems. To do it correctly full document tree is available which is only the case if ClickAider script is installed just in the end of the page. If you install script in other location correct functionality can't be guaranteed. |

| Q: | How accurate are ClickAider stats ? |
| A: | We try to design ClickAider to be as accurate as possible, but technology limitations restricts how accurate it can be. For example right clicks on certain ADs can be counter as clicks, while certain other type of clicks may be unseen. It also obviously requires JavaScript to be enabled on the client to work properly. In general you should use ClickAider as a tool to analyze click mass rather than expect it to match all clicks exactly. |

| Q: | How ClickAider tracks clicks on Google Adsense Link Ads. |
| A: | ClickAider can only track click to the Link Unit itself, while Google would call it a Click if user clicks on the link on the page listing advertisement for the link at Google. This is why stats for Link unit can be seriously different. Stats are however good enough for most kind of use as the users which click on Link Units tend to be the same ones as click on the advertisements further on. |

| Q: | How quickly are ClickAider stats updated ? |
| A: | ClickAider stats are semi-real time. Clicks are being buffered for a few minutes before they are loaded in the database, and as soon as they are loaded to the database they are seen in all reports. |

| Q: | What happens to my web site if ClickAider goes down ? |
| A: | ClickAider does not use redirects to catch clicks so your site remains fully functional and you should not loose any clicks, you will however loose ClickAider stats for the period. Clickaider is designed to be highly available - we use number of load balanced servers and multiple data centers. |

| Q: | Will ClickAider slow down my pages ? |
| A: | We have designed ClickAider to be as efficient as possible - the javascript code loaded to the page is cached and so page load speed should not be significantly affected. |

| A: | Currently ClickAider is running as free Beta service. Once Beta period is over we'll make certain features available on subscription basics. We however intend to keep some of ClickAider features free. |
